The alarm monitoring software to manage it

Aspect Link
This is an automated alarm management solution that processes alarm information from the lone worker app and key fob, and delivers alerts directly to your response team on any device i.e. computer, laptops and mobiles. Below we outline four main features of Aspect Link solution that will help you to manage each alert easily

1. Alarm Monitoring and Alerting

Your response team are alerted within seconds to any incident on any device - PC, Laptop or Smartphone.

2. Outdoor and indoor location

Responders immediately know who has triggered the alert and where they are based on their GPS coordinates or if they’re indoors based on their last position via WiFi access points or iBeacons.

3. Audio Streaming & Recording

Listen-in to what is happening at the scene of the incident to determine the threat level and the appropriate response.  Talk directly with the lone worker to discuss injuries or provide assurance that help is on the way.

4. Online reporting dashboard

Continuously improve the way alarms are managed.  All alarms are logged onto the system and it is easy to review and assess how well the response team have performed in managing each alarm and where improvements can be made.
